ERP (Entity Resource Planning) Business Transformation
Objective:
1.Transform Etihad business processes to best practice with an initial focus on Finance, HR, Payroll and Procurement
2.Design the optimal organisation and approach to delivering these processes, phasing where appropriate
3. Implement and transition to the agreed operating model
Select appropriate System Integrator who will configure, build and implement chosen ERP and enabling technology.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and define business requirements
2. Identify and document IT landscape relevant to an ERP solution
3.Understand and document possible vendor ERP landscapes
4. Develop ERP transformation strategy
5. Develop ERP transformation business case and Request for Proposal
Key Result Areas: (Project Team of 8 members)
1. Modelled Requirements, Opportunities and Analysis; Etihad Accounting standard; Reporting Chart of Accounts; Legal Entity/Company List; Geography Information Object; Responsibility Centre Design; Project and Asset Objects; Operational Statistics; and Supplier Object Design
2. Evaluated and confirmed with the business the external system integrator in stipulated timeframe
Key Deliverables:
1. Identification of key stakeholders
2. Diagnostic analysis to identify gaps to good practice
3. Documented to-be level 2 and level 3 process maps
4. High level business and detailed functional requirements and business blueprint
5. Development of business case and roadmap
6. Software vendor RFP/selection
